📦 Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the European Union (EU) .


What are the shipping costs?

  • Free shipping on orders over €30

  • For orders under €30, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.


How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days , depending on your location within the EU.

Please note that delivery may take a little longer during busy periods (holidays, promotions).


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.

Yes. All our caps are one size fits most and feature an adjustable closure for a comfortable fit.


Are the caps suitable for skiing?

Our caps are designed as lifestyle and après-ski caps .
They are perfect for:

    For active skiing we recommend a helmet or hat.


Are the designs limited edition?

Yes, our designs are released in limited editions .
Once a design sells out, it is not guaranteed to be reproduced .


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt , in accordance with European law.

The product must:

  • be unused

  • be unworn

  • in original condition and packaging


How do I request a return?

Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless it concerns an incorrect or defective product.


When will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
